2012 - My Year in Vintage

HAPPY NEW YEAR!! 

I thought I would finish up my blogging year, and start the next one as I mean to go on with a celebration of what this blog is all about....lovely vintage clothes, and pretty photos. Here is a small selection of some of my outfits from the past year. The first photo is the outfit I wore last night for the New Years Eve celebrations.

  9. You gorgeous thing you! Don't know which is my favourite, they are all lovely photos, but given my eyes have seen nothing but rain for the last few months I am rather drawn to the one of you among the flowers in that beautiful garden. The cat costume makes me feel ancient and nostalgic as I wore more or less the identical to a fancy dress party in my teens. Goodness, when was that, I ask myself?

  12. I love love love the white cotton lace dress. And I've just bought tartan fabric that is very similar to that skirt. My plan was to make a skirt, so please don't hate me for copying!

    I really love the fact that you are wearing true vintage like me most of the time... retro people tend to wear more and more reproductions...

  16. How have I just found your blog? SHAME ON ME! Happy 2013, looking back at 2012 I can't believe I've missed a year of amazing outfits! That black and white picture of you is unbelievable, it could easily be a pic of a real vintage lady back in the day!!
