Last night was the first ever Ric Rac Club hosted by myself and my glamorous comrades, The Vintage Mafia. Thanks to all the marvellous attendees, it was better than we could have ever imagined. You will have to wait a little while for some pictures but in the mean time I have something else to bring to your attention.
I was thrilled when wonderful Shona from Heyday! said she had a new dress design she wanted me to model. The Judy dress is a superbly versatile cotton dress from a 1950s design, which can be worn as a comfortable day dress, or taken into the evening.
The fabric is a cerise version of the Garden Circles fabric that is also used on the Fleur dress, and has pretty little buttons and lovely stitching detail around the neck.
I love!

WOWEE, lady! Just gorgeous! What a colour on you, too!
ReplyDeleteperfect cut for your boo-tay, woman! I love that last picture, where you're all, "...that's right buddy. I know all about my secret weapon back there. Take a picture, it lasts longer..."

Looks beautiful *and* comfy, too. I agree that it's a great color for you.
ReplyDeleteThat looks so pretty! Definitely a good one for day-to-evening wear, perfect shape and lots of scope for different accessories - will it come in any other fabrics (pinky red isn't kind to gingerists like me!).
ReplyDeleteI was just thinking the same Perdita, cute dress but pink on a red head (albeit a fake one) is never a great look!
ReplyDeleteLove the shots Jeni, you look fab!
